SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to have all orders shipped within 1-3 business days, however we do sometimes have a busy periods where there may also be slightly longer delays, we will make sure to notify you if we expecting any delays.

 

Because we are a local business, we support and use Australia Post for our deliveries.

We offer Free Standard Shipping (untracked) Australia wide when you spend $30 or more in our store. Standard flat rate for orders under $30 is $3.00.

Tracked Standard Shipping Australia wide can also be selected at checkout for $8, all orders over $150 are sent with free tracked shipping.

We also offer Express Shipping Australia wide for an additional charge of $12, with a discounted rate of $6 for all orders over $150. Please make sure to select this option at checkout if required.

  • 2-14 business days 

Express Post estimates Australia wide are:

  • 1-4 business days Australia Post Express Post.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
 

To organise a return please contact impactdesigndecals@outlook.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 

EXEMPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All custom products cannot be returned, this includes all special orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
